I hope this is the right place to ask.
Right now I have the Plugins ‘Event Calendar WD’ and ‘Event Tickets’ installed. I created a new event and I can see the box ‘Tickets’ below the WYSIWYG-Editor and I can click the button to create a new RSVP ticket. However, after I filled out all the details and click ‘save ticket’, I can see that something’s going on (screen gets white for second) but the ticket won’t be saved. I will get back to the same view as before (fill out the ticket information). All the information are still in the input fields, but a new ticket won’t appear. Do I need the PRO license to save a ticket? I thought it was possible in the free license.
It’s weird because if I take a look at the event overview, I do get the link ‘Attendees’ so somehow creating tickets for this event must be possible. But of course the list is empty because I never got to the point where I could successfully create a new ticket which is shown in the event details so that somebody could book it.
