ParticipantHi, I have a current license for EC Pro, but I can’t post in your technical support forums—I get a message saying my license is expired. Is this because I also have an expired license on my account? The downloads of new versions work fine, just the forums don’t.

ParticipantThis topic got marked as spam automatically, I’m not sure why. My issue still stands.

ParticipantHey there,
I see that your licenses are a part of the Nonprofit program. There is no customer support for Nonprofit licenses, so you will not have access to any of the premium forums.
Thank you,

GuestBy not giving users holding a nonprofit license access to your support forums, ModernTribe will miss out on all the great feedback a highly technical organization like OrgSpring representing many other nonprofits can provide you. Does your CTO realize this? Please reconsider this policy as nonprofits will not purchase your licenses just so they can help you improve your product.
You have a great product, but it’s crucial you receive feedback on key glitches we find, like when our users click on map pins, and instead of sending the user to the next upcoming event, your programming sends them to the furthest date from present, making them miss the next event. This directly effects your bottom line when all your paying customers have to experience it the hard way before you’re able to fix it without our feedback.

ParticipantHey Jim,
If you find bugs or have specific feedback, feel free to send that over to [email protected].
The only thing we don’t provide is technical support services.
• See a weird bug with, for example, recurring events? You can let us know any time.
• Want to tell us how much you despise the plugin, or how much you love it? You can let us know know any time!
• Want access to the same support forums and in-depth assistance as our paying customers? This is the only thing we do not provide for nonprofit licenses.Cheers,
