ParticipantWe recently purchased Events Calendar PRO and Events Calendar: Community Events. They are installed and the plugins are activated. I am trying to install the license keys but the activation tab as mentions in the support materials is not displaying in my settings or in the general site settings. What’s up? How can I install my keys?

MemberHello, Sorry for the trouble, but I can help you out with this.
Can you confirm that Events Settings Page has no license tab:
Please go to Events->Settings
Then let me know if you see the Licenses Tab.
If you do not see it please use our testing for Conflicts Guide and then head back to the Events Settings Page and see if that helps make it appear there.
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Please let me know the results from this and then we can go from there to resolving this.
Thanks

ParticipantPlease note. We have these plugins installed in a WordPress multi site. I’m confirming that the license tab is still not appearing under events>>settings.
We turned off all plugins but the calendar.
We switched to 2013 theme.
We cleared the browser cache.
Still no license tab. Thank you. jAugust 26, 2014 at 11:50 am #701946Brian
MemberHello,
Ok good to know about Multisite that does change things.
Currently and in the context of a multisite network you enter the license key just once – in the network admin – and those same fields are not going to be present in every “child” site.
So head to the network admin with the url similar to this:
http://urlsite.com/wp-admin/network/
Go to Settings->Events Settings
There you should only see the Network Settings and the Licenses Tabs.
Then you can enter the licenses there and you are all set.
Please let me know if that helps.
Thanks

ParticipantAhhh!!! That appears to do the trick. We had only activated the plugin on our calendar site. Many thanks. j
