Can't Import Google Cals (no cal from any source actually)

I receive an error every time I try importing Google Cal or any cal for that matter. I have created new and tried importing old, but nothing will work. I receive same error every time. “There was an error fetching the results from your import: Events could not be imported. The URL provided did not have events in the proper format.” If there is a formatting issue, I can’t seem to identify it. No matter how I populate a cal and import it, I receive same error.
