    I am reasonably new to the Events Calendar but everything was working as required until today. I can no longer create imports from Facebook as the interface is missing from the back end.

    I was struggling with a map API issue and disabled and enabled all plug-ins but I am not sure if this is related.

    Scheduled imports are also failing to happen

    Switching this off has worked but I dont know why….

    Right on! I’m so glad to hear everything is working smoothly and I appreciate you following up to let us know. 🙂

    The reason turning that setting off works is because having it on adds extra compression to the plugin files, which then reformats things and creates conflicts like the one you described.

    Definitely keep us posted if any other questions come up and we’d be happy to help. I’ll go ahead and close this thread in the meantime since you had marked it resolved.
