Can't Get License Key to Work

    I recently moved my events from one site to another. After deactivating all of the plugins on the old site (pongos.com), and disconnecting the licenses from the old site via the License Keys page (https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/) I activated them on the new site (learn.pongos.com) and attempted to enter the license keys there, but I keep getting a “Sorry, this key is not valid.” According to the License Key page, the licenses don’t expire until Jul 17th, 2015.

    I’m sorry you’re experiencing difficulties.

    Though I’m sure you’ve already checked and double-checked, is there any possibility that there was a copy and paste mishap here?

    Ugh, thank you. I double, and even triple checked, but after staring at the computer for 12+ hours looks like I was swapping the license keys 🙁 I appreciate the quick response!

    No problem at all, I can definitely relate to that sort of experience 🙂
