Can't generate Woocommerce Ticket

    Hi there,
    I have just activated Event Ticket Plus. Prior to this creating and event with a RSVP worked fine. I now wanted to generate paid tickets. Hoever, if I select ‘add new ticket’ and fill in all details and hit ‘save’ it gives me the message ‘ticket saved’, BUT there is no ticket saved. Just the box create ticket is visible but no ticket.

    I upload a screenshot- the post type ‘product’ is not listed in the options. maybe that has to do with it?

    I’m sorry you are having this problem. Let me help you with that.

    To clarify, after you hit save, there is no Ticket created on the Event page, or in WooCommerce or both?

    Thanks for the screenshot. No, the product does not have to be selected in order to get tickets created in WooCommerce. Only Event / Evenement has to be selected. So that setting is good.

    Could you possibly do a testing for conflicts based on our guide:

    Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

    This can help us narrow down the cause of this.
