Hi, i installed Events Calender Pro and WooCommerce Tickets. The Events Calender Pro works well, but i can´t see the “tickets” panel at the admin surface. i already re-installed both plugins but this doesn´t help. I use all the newest versions of wordpress (3.8) and woocommerce. any ideas?
Have you tried our normal troubleshooting step of changing to a default WP Theme like Twenty Twelve and deactivating all other plugins? If so, did that change the behavior?
Hi Kelly. I don´t know why, but it worked after the next visit of the admin panel (a few hours later). At the beginning it just didn´t appear. and yes i tried to switch themes and deactivated most of the plugins. It´s ashame that u can´t test the plugins before u buy them or is there a demo platform somewhere? anyway thanks for the support. cheers, chris
Well, I’m glad to hear that it’s there. Sounds like maybe a caching issue?
You can see the plugins in action on wpshindig.com, but that won’t allow you to access the backend. We do have screenshots on the various plugin product pages.
