Can't find previous support ticket

I submitted a support ticket concerning the Events Calendar pages breaking and I can’t find it in my support threads. Please confirm you’ve received it. I came back in to add that I’d disabled all event calendar customizations as well and that also didn’t fix the problem although if I select a specific event from the dashboard (rather than from the front end where nothing can be seen) while all event calendar customizations are turned off at least I can see the event page. So that still doesn’t solve the core problem.
