February 17, 2017 at 2:05 pm #1240392MarcParticipantHow long does it take to get a response? minutes? hours? days?
February 17, 2017 at 10:14 pm #1240789CliffMemberHi, Marc.
I see you purchased Events Calendar PRO but not Community Events, which is a separate add-on.
None of our add-ons include each other, but we do have Bundle Purchase options.
Sorry we didn’t have a quick response to this thread. Our response time is specified in our Scope of Support / Terms.

Thanks.
My mistake but now how can i get a refund for the Pro and buy the community
events? Here is the source of my confusion (besides skimming things too fast): On
the Community Events product page it says that “Personal” is $89. That is
what it says on the product page for Pro. So I assumed (without too much
thought) that it was the same. I suggest you put Pro Personal and Commuity
Event Personal on the respective pages. Etc. Maybe no one else makes the
same mistake, but it would be clearer. So how can I return the Pro, which I dont need, and get the Community
Events, which I do.Thanks.

February 18, 2017 at 9:21 am #1241160CliffMemberSeveral of our products are priced at $89. Sorry for any confusion.
I’ve refunded Order #1240181. Money should get back to you within a few days or so.
Please buy Community Events via this link to make sure you get to the right product.
Please let me know how this goes for you.
