    I have a ticket on an active event currently on sale. Suddenly I cannot edit the event ticket via the pencil icon or the settings button. It just spins and goes nowhere. Everything else is working. What could this be about?

    Thanks, I figured it out. I had to migrate my license key. I have another question, though. I made a ticket that collects extra attendee information (check boxes and such). It displays and appears to work on the front end, but I don’t see any attendee information collected from sold tickets in woocommerce or in my new customer order emails. How can I access the extra attendee information from tickets sold?

    Hi Thomas,

    I’m glad that you were able to figure out your issue!

    In order to access the extra attendee information from tickets,  you can take a look at your event on the back end, and navigate to your Attendees tab.  From there, the information should be in the Details column.  If you do not see that column, check your Screen Options at the top of the screen to ensure that it is checked.
