Can’t Disconnect URL from Events Ticket Plus License

    I have an Event Tickets Plus Business License. I would like to disconnect one of the URLs since I am no longer working with the organization, but every time I disconnect the URL, it reappears. Is there a way to permanently remove a URL form this license?

    Hi Yvette

    Can you try to disconnect the license in 2 locations? Events » Settings » Licenses and also go to My Account » Licenses and disconnect from there.
