I’m doing a test for an upcoming event by creating a fake event using only cheque processing. The event is here: http://bneiakivala.org/event/super-sunday/

First time I did it, I received an email receipt that mentioned the tix were on their way, but never arrived. Second time, no receipt or tix.

I went to WooCommerce–>Orders, Marked both as completed, but even after doing that, the order still said pending. In fact, if I go to view my order, all I see in my Order Status options is ‘pending’. That’s it. How can I get the tickets to actually distribute? Hosting is GoDaddy.

I’m sorry it’s not working for you.

The first thing I’d like to determine is if the problem sits with WooCommerce Tickets itself or if something else is independently conflicting with WooCommerce.

Would it be possible for you to deactivate The Events Calendar and WooCommerce Tickets – but leave WooCommerce itself activated – and create a regular product (ie, not a ticket). From there, place a test order and attempt to mark the order complete.

Does the same problem still occur?

    Thanks!

So I made a test product here: http://bneiakivala.org/product/test-product/ and you’re right. It’s still appearing as pending. Seems to be a WooCommerce issue although the first order did send out a receipt.

OK – well the next step is probably to run through standard troubleshooting procedures and switch to a default theme and turn off all other plugins except, in this case, WooCommerce, and see if the same thing still occurs.

Assuming it does not, start reactivating everything and test at each stage to see if the problem has returned: this should hopefully isolate whatever is conflicting.

With that said, it’s really sounding like something strictly on the WooCommerce side of life (or at least something that is conflicting with their plugin specifically, rather than relating to WooCommerce Tickets) and so it may be best to seek further help from the Woo team if the above doesn’t help.
