    When clicking the up/down arrows, it just scrolls me back to the top of the page. I opened a ticket last week with my theme creator as well, but have no love yet and we’re losing sales and need to figure this out quickly.

    We decided to re-up our license and subsequently upgraded to the latest versions of Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, and WooTickets.

    Might switching to Event Tickets Pro fix this for us? Can we convert our WooTickets subscription to Event Tickets Pro?

    When reverting to twenty-fifteen, it works, so I’m positive this is theme-related, but was hoping you might be able to help. Obviously reverting to twenty-fifteen isn’t going to help us. 🙁

    I fixed it. Pretty annoying, but where we were putting that code states:

    Tracking code
    Paste your Google Analytics (or other) tracking code here. This will be added into the footer template of your theme. NOTE: Please include the script tag.

    The problem with this is that SwiftIdeas must have changed where they place this code. Instead of being in the FOOTER as shown in the text, it was adding the script to the header. Due to this, the script was being executed before jquery was loaded, causing it to blow an error and not work. Adding the fix script to one of the footer widgets placed it below the load for jquery and fixed the issue.

    I left the topic set as “I still need assistance” as we would like to look at upgrading to Event Tickets Plus.
