    Hi There,

    I purchased the single license of The Events Calendar PRO for my client website : http://sheppartonsewing.com.au. I have been trying to configure the Pro add-on (Can’t find the tap to add the license key in). Also I noticed that I got the message below

    “Your version of The Events Calendar is not up-to-date with one of your The Events Calendar add-ons. Please update now.”

    Can you please help me with this. Please let me know what you need and I will provide the details to you.

    Hi Tisha,

    It sounds like perhaps Events Calendar PRO is at a later version (3.9.1?) than your copy of The Events Calendar. In the first instance, can you try updating The Events Calendar itself?

    If that doesn’t help, can you let me know the version numbers of each plugin (you can find this by visiting WordPress’s main plugin admin screen).

    Hi Barry,

    Thank you for the reply. I have tried to update The Events Calendar (Version 3.2) It said “The plugin is at the latest version.”

    And “Yes”, the Events Calendar PRO is at a later version (3.9.1). Please help I have tried so many times but still cannot get it to work 🙁

    This website is quite old so thats why we still use The Events Calendar (Version 3.2). Should I get the latest version and reinstall it to this site. I just don’t know if this process will ruin the previous events or timetable that our client has been adding to the calendar. That’s all.

    Hey Tisha,

    I’m not sure why it won’t let you update – but I wonder, what version of WordPress are you running? Our latest plugin releases expect to run on a fairly recent WordPress release – it could be there’s some connection there.

    Hi Berry,

    I just updated the whole site with the latest WordPress version 4.1 and the plugin works well 🙂 Yay!
