Cannot update from 4.4.5

As per the attached image, WordPress says that there is an update of Events Calendar Pro available but there is no way of updating.

Just for extra information my site was one of those with the hyphen installation key problem recently…. could this be related?

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered while trying to upgrade.
I would love to help you with this topic.

When you are facing such issues, there are 2 things you could do:

1. Go to http://www.ieee-ukandireland.org/wp-admin/update-core.php and try updating from there
2. Simply deactivate and delete the plugin (this will not impact events)
3. You should then be able to install the latest version manually.
