Cannot see plugin

    I can’t see the plugin in the licenses or in my installation in general. Both woocommerce & event plugin are working and active.

    Hi robertbalucas,

    Can you confirm for me that you are running the latest version of each plugin- The Events Calendar 3.5.1 and WooCommerce Tickets 3.5? Also, you’ll need to be running WooCommerce 2.1 or above. Lastly, are you running a multi-site?

    If you are not running the latest version of those, please update. Since you don’t have the license keys in you may need to do a manual update using a download from your account’s downloads page (tri.be/my-account/downloads/). Once you’re running concurrent versions, you should be able to see the license key field under Events –> Settings –> License Keys and see the Ticketing panel on your Add Event page.

    If you do the above and are still not seeing those, please send me some screenshots and we’ll go from there. Thanks for your patience while we figure this out!
