Having setup this plugin for a client, we are unable to set a max stock level for the tickets. When you enter a number and save, the field does not save and returns empty.
I have tried to set the stock level via editing the ticket in WooCommerce, but I can’t see the relevant field anywhere.
EC Pro Version: 3.9.1
WooTickets Version: 3.9.2
WooCommerce Version: 2.3.7
Having double checked my settings, I checked that I had stock control enabled. It was indeed enabled in WooCommerce, but I thought I’d click save anyway – just in case.
Lo and behold, suddenly it starts working again, even though I didn’t change anything. Seems like a weird bug in WooCommerce.
How strange, but I am glad to see you were able to fix this issue.
Since the issue is resolved I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
