Cannot Import Events From Facebook, Only CSV

I have paid for the Events aggregator at $89 as well as the community events renewal for $79 and I can only import from CSV, but need to be able to import from Facebook. Question Number one, do I need to be paying for both of these services? If not, how do I get a refund. Number two, why can’t I import? It says my licenses are valid for another year.
