Cannot find original license key

My license key for the domain of “savetheconfluence.com” was purchased late last year — it’s less than 1 year old. But, I lost it. I could not even recover my login via the password reset option.

So, I had to create a whole new account, and spend another $65 last night to generate a new license key.

I had also purchased a license key for the filter plugin, and cannot recover it because I cannot remember my original login.

Do you have a way to look up the licenses via website domain, and help me reconcile all this — especially, since your password reset feature is not working?
