Cannot create multiple tickets within an event

I was creating an event yesterday and when I went to add a ticket and try and save it, it wouldn’t save, the ticket stayed open and I had to update the page to get it to save. When I went back into the event to edit the event and add additional tickets I was not able to add additional tickets. I also when into previously created events and tried to open the ticket items within the event and they would not show anything beyond the one ticket and I could not edit or view the other tickets. I really need to add additional tickets so students can register, please help me figure this out.

I also updated to the most recent version and it still didn’t fix the issue.
