    Good Day,

    Every time clients checkout to pay for tickets they get this message: “This order’s status is “Completed”—it cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance.” Please let me know the problem, we need the client to pay first before they get the ticket.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about this really unintended behaviour with the tickets on your site. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    I believe this is caused by 2 things:

    1. Under Events -> Settings -> Tickets you probably have the “Try to set the tickets to complete” checkbox. I would recommend removing that checkbox immediately. There was indeed an issue impacting some of our clients with that setting.
    2. Please update all of our plugins to the 4.4.2 version. In that version Event Tickets Plus offers some new settings under Events -> Settings -> Tickets that work great and provide you much greater over when the tickets are sent.
