ParticipantHy,
I just purchased The Events Calendar PRO and I like it very much, it is the proper solution for my needs. After the customization I observed that on the WordPress admin dashboard when I am trying to acces the “menus” section, a blank white page appears and nothing else. When I try to access the widgets admin page, it appears with the available widgets but there is nothing on the right side where the actual active widgets should appear.
After the testings I observed that these above mentioned issues appears only if I have the plugin PRO version activated. There is no problem with only the free version of the plugin being activated.
Can you please advise how to solve the problem?
Thank you in advance

Participant-UPDATE-
I just checked again on conflict issues with another plugins and it seems that the Events Calendar Pro plugin is having convicts with 5 other plugins. From my point of view there are too much plugins against one, so please give me a solution to fix this issue ASAP.
Thank you,

MemberHi Robert,
I’m sorry that you’re having problems. Can you list the conflicting plugins? That will give us a better chance of replicating the issue.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Barry,
The plugins with conflicts are as follows:
– Simple Lightbox (http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-lightbox/)
– Tiled Galleries Without Jetpack (http://wordpress.org/plugins/tiled-gallery-carousel-without-jetpack/)
– Visual Form Builder (http://wordpress.org/plugins/visual-form-builder/)
– WP Optimize (http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optimize/)
As I mentioned earlier only the PRO version activated has conflicts with these plugins. this is not happening with the free version activated alone. And another thing I feel is that the PRO plugin has conflicts with any lightbox plugin and any form generator plugin.Would appreciate if you could help me out with this because the PRO version is making more awesome the basic Events Calendar and that is why I paid of it.
Thank you in advance,

MemberOk, so with the latest versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO and a copy of Simple Lightbox 2.2.0 I found no problems in terms of accessing the Appearance → Menus admin screen. Similarly, there is no issue I can see within the Appearance → Widgets admin screen (and event related widgets, menu entries etc all work as expected on the frontend).
If you’re seeing something other than this I’m a bit puzzled – perhaps you can try the above for yourself (ie, activate only those three plugins and have a default but unmodified theme running) and confirm if there is still a problem for you. If there is still a problem, are you able to access the server error logs (ask your web hosting provider if you are unsure) and are there any relevant entries in there that might shed some light on this?
Thanks!
