    My site host and designer and i have tried multiple ways of trying to incorporate the events calendar and ticketing into our website. Unfortunately there was no way for us the use it the way we wanted to. I would like to cancel our purchased plugins and since were still within the first few days of purchasing am i able to get a refund?

    I’m sorry to hear that the plugins aren’t working for your current project. You can definitely request a refund by sending a copy of your receipt to support[at]theeventscalendar.com and requesting the refund there.
