Cancel Account

Hi I just purchased the pro plugin and I would like to cancel it and get a refund. I am having a lot of compatibly issues with my theme and the plugin that I was hoping would be fixed if I purchased the pro version and it wasn’t (Featured image appears twice and the widget has huge spacing and looks terrible) . I really don’t want to deal with editing the plugin or theme files to get it working the way I need it to so please cancel my account and give a refund.
