Can we select a period on the event calendar instead of just each day?

can i have the even calendar to search the events of all between date from 1-Apr to 3-May? instead of just can click on each date to get the result?

Hi. You could install our Advanced Post Manager plugin to get this functionality within wp-admin, but there’s not a way to do this on the front-end for users.

This isn’t something that we have on our soon-to-do list, and the UI side of things would be fairly involved.

Therefore, I’d recommend asking your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/modules/bar.php is the Tribe Bar’s template file, which can be customized via our Themer’s Guide.

setup_geoloc_filter_in_bar() from /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Geo_Loc.php is how PRO adds the “Near” location search to the Tribe Bar, via the tribe-events-bar-filters filter.

Then there’s other logic in that file to detect if that filter is in use and such.

The Mini Calendar doesn’t include the Tribe Bar.

Are you saying you want, for example, the Mini Calendar to only display today through the next 7 days?

but what i wanted is in mini calendar, i can select the date range for example from 1-nov to 15-nov and get all the events falls in that range. hooe this is more clear

Gotcha. There is no way to select multiple days like that, likely not even in a customization. Sorry, but I don’t have any suggestions here for you.

If you really need this and you hire a customizer, they’d likely have to build a completely custom widget instead of just adding a modification or two to our existing one.
