Can [tribe_events_list] be used to display a specific event?

Until the latest update I was using Event Rocket to successfully display the details for one specific event based on the ID. I realize you don’t support Event Rocket, so I’ve been trying to use [tribe_events_list] to do the same thing now that it looks like you’ve added support for some shortcodes.

Should something like this be able to show just one event?

`[tribe_events_list id=”1881″]

When I try that I just end up with a list of 10 events. I put the URL and password (since the site is still under construction) in the System Information field.

If that isn’t the correct code, is there a shortcode that can display just one event’s details?

I’m using The Events Calendar Pro, Community Events, Filter Bar, and Event Rocket right now.

Thanks for using our plugins. I can answer your question.

The Event List Shortcode just displays a list of events and not a single event.

Event Rocket has a shortcode that can work I believe.

You can try this out:

[event_embed id=’1881′]

I was trying Event Rocket but was having some issues getting that to work. I’ll take my troubleshooting to the Event Rocket WordPress forum though.

Sounds Good.

It looks like Event Rocket was just updated to 3.1 and that may have addressed this issue.

Since the issue is related to Event Rocket. I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. Please do not hesitate to create a new ticket with any new issues that come up.
