I have 2 tickets with you – one was closed and is being handled via email / contact us.
I have posted updates and tried via contact us multiple times over the last month or so to both and not had a single response to either of them (even just saying we’re still on the case is fine, but total silence is very frustrating).

Re the open one, I’m just looking for an ETA (whenever that is). Re the “closed” one, an article I wrote to help (hopefully) Woo users get more from the Tickets Plus plugin – what is the next step? You asked me to send a link to Word version (as the one I added directly to the forum rendered badly), which I did the next day – that was back in March! If you don’t want to run with it, then fine – just say so please.

I posted an update to that thread. We do not provide ETAs, but I did bring it up to our developers’ attention again.

Re 1 – understood.
Re 2 – I was told to email [email protected] which I did at least 3 times. This is different to the email you suggest. So I will try that instead. Failing that I’ll add it hear as a private reply.

I’m not sure what that email address is — maybe it’s the “reply to forum threads via email” address… but yes, send to the email I provided in that other thread please.
