ParticipantWe have Tickets Plus running with Woocommerce and can edit existing tickets as products in Woocommerce but nothing happens when we click Edit for the ticket and there are some fields and settings we need to edit that is only found there. I read this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/tickets-reduced-to-0-and-cannot-edit-existing-tickets/ and this may solve the problem but I am not sure where to comment out the mention of other shopping carts. We have deactivated all other plugins and found no conflict. Please help.

ModeratorHi Allison,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re having troubles. Before we go much further, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? I understand you already did this process with plugins, but we need to eliminate both theme and plugin conflicts.
I am not able to reproduce the behavior you’ve shared with me and I’m not seeing any logged bugs of users reporting similar behaviors, so once we rule out a theme and/or plugin conflict, I’d be happy to further troubleshoot.
Thanks again and have a great weekend ahead. Cheers!

ParticipantI seem to resolve it myself, but it took some work. I made a copy of the site in a test environment to deactivate all plugins again and changed themes. Then I could edit the ticket. But I did need to use the Genesis theme, so turned it back on and started looking at the function.php file & by process of elimination I edited the same code mentioned in this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/tickets-reduced-to-0-and-cannot-edit-existing-tickets/
I commented out all that I was not using such as below and then it worked. Maybe this is something to look into if it has happened not just to me.
