Can I sync calendar with birthdays from Active Directory?

I am helping build a small intranet for about 200 employees. We keep all of our employee info on Active Directory. We would like to sync the calendar with active directory to have employees birthdays populate as events on the calendar. Is this possible? If so how?

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

Our events are custom posts type in WordPress and the information is all custom fields.

You maybe to sync birthdays to the calendar using some custom coding to create an event just like you would a post in WordPress.

That is unfortunately, beyond the support we can provide on the forums.

If I were to create a CSV from Active Directory, would I be able to import the birthday information into the calendar? If not birthdays, then importing them as an event?

Yes you could import them as events.

The CSV importer is included with the free version of the plugin:

On the csv importer page it shows you how the fields should be setup for you to import.
