Can I show recurring event only once

I paid for the pro plugin to have recurring events. But we only want to see the next one coming up on the home page widget area, not all of them. As one passes then show the next one.

Is there an easy way to do that?

What you’ll need to do is modify the query in the widget, somehow applying the code examples in the thread. It’s kind of complex and I can’t offer much more here. You’ll need to tinker around with it or hire someone to help you.
