Can I link a featured image?

I am trying to see if there is a way to add a link to the featured image on our calendar. When viewing the complete calendar we, in addition to clicking, “Find out More,” is there a way to link the featured image to the event, so you can simply click on it?

Also, is there a way to bold “Find Out More?” It is very hard to see and can easily be missed.

If you want to add a link to the featured image inside the tooltip when on the month view, you should have a look at the tooltip.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month/
