Can I charge people to add events?

Hello,

I would like to build a website that lists businesses and events and I would like to charge people to add their events for x amount of time and offer them varying packages for their event. E.g basic package only allows text, advances allows pics, mega package shows the event at top of listing page.

Is this possible?
