Can I charge a small fee for certain front-end submissions?

I’d like to have all free events be able to be submitted by users on the front-end for free, but I’d like to charge a small fee of like $5 for users to submit events that are ticketed. Is that possible? (I don’t want to sell tickets for the ticketed events — just want to charge a small fee for posting any events that are not free events.)

While we do have paid/premium event event submissions slated as a planned feature to be included in a future product update, I’m afraid that we’re not able to provide an exact timeline for when this feature might be available.
