Can Events Calendar Pro do this?

I have a client that has the following requirement for their website:

Allow users to book private sessions from open blocks of time. Each coach will have his own blocks. He also wants to do the following: When person books a session, send email confirmation with instructions and e-waivers which can be given to all attendees.

Is this something that could be accomplished through Events Calendar Pro? If so how would I accomplish this?

Hi there Melinda, thanks for getting in touch!

Great question. The PRO plugin does a lot of things, but booking appointments is not one of them. We can set the privacy settings for specific events on the calendar, and we have add ons to sell tickets for events (like this one), but nothing like what you’re describing.
