Can Community Events work with Event Tickets

I intend to buy :
1) Event Calendar Pro ($)
2) Event Tickets (free)
3) Community Events ($)
4 Filter Bar ($)

I would like to allow my members to post their FREE events to my site. Both my events and my members events are FREE – so I do not need any e-commerce capabilities to sell tickets and collect $.

Will the above combination work? Can Community Events users get Event Tickets capability?

Hey there

Community Events can accept user submitted events. However, the functionality to add the free RSVP would still require an admin to add/edit the ticket information on the back end dashboard. Users can submit events via the front-end and they can be stored as drafts until admins edit/publish them.

In theory, we want users to be able to combine Event Tickets with Community Events and Community Tickets to achieve this. However, at this time there is a bug. I will flag this thread so you know when Community Tickets should be resolved to handle this.
