Can attendee list show on-hold orders as well as completed orders?

We want to allow a Pay at the Door option (using your cheque payment method) but it will be crucial to be able to export an attendees list with status. Currently it looks like we’d have to search for their order in WooCommerce orders, mark complete there in order for them to show up in the attendees list.
I suspect this is a line of code that filters for status — can your devs point me in the right direction?
