Calendar won't drop down until clicked

on my site http://quartzhillchamber.com/upcoming-events2/ the View As List doesn’t display View as Month until I click on it. It never used to do that, I could just see both and click on one.

Worse, it shows View as List even though the list view is being displayed.

This can’t be correct. Please help.
