    I’ve tried adjusting the number of events to show in both the main settings and the widget settings, however, the widget shows three events, only. I’ve refreshed, emptied cache, and anything else I can think of, but it never changes the number of events that it shows. I’ve tried 2, 5, and 10, but it always shows 3.

    After disabling plugins, I narrowed it down to a conflict with WooSidebars. This plugin works with every other one, but not WooSidebars. Is there a workaround?

    Turns out someone actually created a separate sidebar for the home page, and that sidebar has another Events Calendar widget in it. Once I changed the number of events, in that instance, it worked. Too many cooks in the kitchen…
