I’ve created a custom home because I needed to add the calendar widget and the 9 upcoming events, but when I add the calendar widget and I have a recurring event on the list this recurring event only displays a past show wich is a problem because always says “this event is a past event”. Can u help me? take a look http://offdelalatina.com/ and if u need admin of FTP just say it.
Thanks

I’d love to help but I’m just not clear as to the problem. Can you guide me step-by-step so I can see the problem? I do see the calendar widget, and it looks like it is set to list 0 events below the calendar grid. What are you expecting to see here that isn’t happening?
Thanks!

https://theeventscalendar.com/mini-calendar-is-too-big-for-the-sidebar/
All the listed events below the mini-calendar completely disappeared.
I removed the fix from the theme stylesheet, and it still comes up the same way.
Pardon my ignorance, but am I missing something? Thanks…Here is a sample page with the widget in place (it also doesn’t scroll to the next month)

January 28, 2014 at 8:15 am #97729georgefordeParticipantUpdate: just turned off W3 Total Cache, and the list appears again, but I still have the sidebar overflow issue. Perhaps different than Javier’s issue…
January 28, 2014 at 9:34 am #97758BarryMember@georgeforde: that does sound quite different – please post a new thread of your own and someone will help you as soon as they can – and generally that is the best course of action even if a problem seems superficially very similar. Thanks!
@Javier: can you confirm which theme you switched to and were any other plugins running when you tried this? With events added to my main blog loop (unless you are integrating events in the main page by some other means?) there is no difference for me whether the calendar widget is present or absent. We’d definitely love to help, but we need to be able to replicate the issue in the first instance.
