ParticipantOn 12/23 I was adding events to my site. I tried to upload a feature image and it said there was an error, so I tried to upload a different image. When that wouldn’t load, I went back to the Add Event admin page and the body section of the page wasn’t there and it said “you are editing the page which includes blog posts…” I decided something was wrong because I’d never seen this page before like this–not the usual, so I trashed the event.
I logged off my site (logged out of wordpress) and later tried to log in again, but I couldn’t log in. The wordpress log in screen was there, but when I tried to log in, nothing happened so I contacted by host provider and they, like you, are on vacation. So now I can’t login and I’m pretty sure it’s because the plugin is broken or something. I clicked on various pages of my website to see if users would have issues and it seemed okay.
Today I clicked on the events page, and this screen shot is what I see. (I still can’t log in). Can you tell me why this is happening?

https://drive.google.com/a/fiberartalmanac.com/file/d/0B3Iymq_fwkplM2ZqVHVKdnJHaGM/view?usp=sharingI’ve had some issues with this plugin lately, but prior to November it’s worked super well.
Hopefully, we’ll get this resolved before Jan 3. I’m on vacation, too and am hosting my son’s engagement party on Wednesday, so I do have plenty to think about.
Thank you,

ParticipantHey Jenny,
Thanks for reaching out to us and I apologize for these issues that have cropped up. I know this is a very inconvenient time for this type of thing to be happening so hopefully we can help you get to the bottom of this quickly.
The errors that you describe prior to being locked out of the site do sound quite odd. A couple of quick questions:
- It looks like the screenshots you’ve added are protected. Would you mind changing the sharing settings on those to be visible to anyone with the link?
- When attempting to login to your site, do you get any specific errors? Or does it just reload without giving any type of login prompt such as a wrong password or username error?
Thanks!

ParticipantJosh, I forgot that I posted this issue. Sorry about that. After investigation with my host provider, it seems that I was over the limit on database storage on my host server. So I bought additional storage and it all works now. Not sure why that would have impacted events the way it did, but everything is working.
