Calendar view won't load

    I’m using Events Calendar Pro for an event venue and have been very happy with the performance but in the past couple of days I’m not able to view any other month except the current. So, when I the events page, it loads fine and displays the month view but when I select the link to view the next or previous month, I just watch as a load wheel just spins and spins. Same if I try to select a month in the finder, just a spinning wheel. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as we’re currently not able to sell tickets to events if they cannot be viewed.

    Also, the calendar view works fine in Firefox but not Chrome or Safari

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I’m glad that you’ve enjoyed our plugin so far but sorry to hear about this current issue.

    We’ve had several notes about similar types of problems with the latest updates but have yet to fully nail down what is exactly going on with this issue at the moment. To help, can you test if this loading issue occurs while you’re logged into the site as well or if it only occurs when logged out?

    Hi Josh – No the loading issue doesn’t occur when I’m logged into the site. Only when logged out.

    Good evening Ken,

    I am chiming in on behalf of Josh who is out of the office currently. All apologies for the delay.

    With that in mind and with a fresh new look, I went ahead and tested the Calendar view and the months links in both Safari and Chrome. The good news is that both worked fine and I was able to switch months easily.

    Could you re-test on your end to see if you are still getting this issue while being logged out ?
