Calendar view on homepage Problems

1. Why does it look like this? The map on the Upcoming Calendar is not showing up and looks likes an error

2. The map is not loading events chronologically, Also the recurring events are lumped together instead of the next event coming up next .

Hi Jasmine

When you are editing your post, can you write some content in to the excerpt? http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-customize-wordpress-excerpts-no-coding-required/ is a good tutorial on this.

The start of your event posts has some HTML code, which is what you see displaying on the front page of your site in the excerpt area.

If you manually enter different information into the excerpt, that will display on the front of your site instead.

Let me know if this works for you.

Can you provide a link to the map view.

For the recurring events, can you go to Events > Settings > General > Recurring event instances and uncheck that? Let me know if this works too.
