Calendar view hover balloons

I have been looking for a way to make the venue appear in the hover balloons as well as the date/time and name. I have not seen a topic that covers this question, but I may be making the wrong search.

Hey JT. I don’t believe that question has been asked yet, but it’s a good one. While the level of effort required to implement it is not something I can speak to (since it isn’t functionality available out of the box), let me see if our dev Jonah has any ideas. I’ll get him to comment directly when he hits the forum next if so.

Hi JT,

Make a duplicate copy of: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/views/table.php and place in an ‘events’ folder in your theme. Then on line 166, right after the call to the post thumbnail add this:
