I did perform an upgrade on the calendar several months ago not sure if it was present on the upgrade, is there any way to fix this issue? If I re-add them it works but that is hectic as there is a bunch that have this issue. Is there anything I can do to fix these events?

There have been a lot of updates since 2.0.4. We can only support the latest version of our plugin and add-ons, since a lot of these bugs get fixed as we release new versions.
Can you try upgrading to 2.0.8 for both the Events Calendar (free version) and Events Calendar PRO (as well as any add-ons you may be using). Also you’ll need to first update your version of WordPress to the latest release.
It is always wise to create a backup just in case!
