We have heaps of .php errors and are no longer able to login to our site. Non-stop 502 and even people try to submit calendar events getting. We can’t approve on backend. Super frustrated. We need some kind of support from you guys. Our host has been in there and it’s super clear it’s the plugin. We have around 8000 events in our calendar and 30-50 being generated daily and the system is no longer working. Any suggestions on how you can help us?

    Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I definitely understand the frustration and I apologize for these performance issues that you’re experiencing. I know we’ve noticed some performance issues with the latest versions that we are currently working on however, I do notice that you’re possibly running some customized versions of our plugins for your particular site.

I’ll reach out to our team for feedback and more information on how we can best work to help in exploring the issues that are currently happening on your site.

    Thanks!

    Hey Shanti,

I wanted to apologize again for the frustration that you’ve been experiencing with our plugin. After reaching out, there are a few things that we can suggest:

    • Try updating to the latest versions of our plugins. There have been some performance updates with the latest maintenance release that could potentially help.
    • Additionally, do you currently have any caching set up on your site? I see you’re not currently using the calendar view however, with the latest version of our plugin we do have built-in caching for that view which could help.
    • Finally, we would to get a database dump of the events on your site. We could use it to test and see where the issues are occurring when scaling.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!
