Calendar Page Not Showing

Hi there!
I just installed Events Calendar Pro.

I have tried to go to the /events/ page at my URL to see the monthly calendar view and no calendar is rendering.

I am using StudioPress’s Showcase Pro theme.

When I switch to Twenty Fourteen theme, the Events page will display. When I return to Showcase Pro, the Events page appears as shown below.

Is there a way to make Events Calendar Pro and StudioPress’ Showcase Pro theme work together? If not, how do we get a refund?

I have attached a screenshot of what I am seeing. Also, I currently have no events created.

We are sorry to hear about the calendar not displaying properly on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic.

With some themes, you might have to try different settings for “Events Template” under Events -> Settings -> Display.
