Installed Events Calendar and EC Pro in that order, created a calendar page but no events calendar is showing up on the calendar page.

I can help you out with this.
The Event Calendar creates its own page for the main views of the calendar. On your site it is this url:
If you would like to change that url you have to go to your sites admin and then here:
Events > Settings > General Tab
Change the Events URL slug
I would recommend looking at our New User Primer to get a better idea of all the settings and how to make it work better with your theme:

December 2, 2014 at 6:08 am #905125bitsParticipantThanks Brian. I’ve done this before and covered all bases (I believe). The Events Calendar did not create a page for the calendar. I’ve “Events” in the settings general tab.
December 2, 2014 at 6:19 am #905139BrianKeymasterThe Events Calendar does not create a Page in WordPress. It is a page, you can visit, but does not show in the Page section of the admin.
I visited this link and found the calendar here:
So that is where the Calendar is located.
