Calendar Not Displaying; Random Placeholder Image

Since the last two rounds of updates, our calendar has disappeared, and the “sorry for the inconvenience” image was posted (which we don’t even know where that pulled from). We have looked through the knowledge base and checked our settings and are at a loss for what to try next. We have a pro account and have run all the wordpress, theme, and plugin updates.

Your help would be appreciated.

Hey David,

I’m sorry to hear about the disappearance of your calendar. I might be able to help you with this one.

Go to Events > Settings > Display tab. My hunch is that Events template option is set to “Default Page Template”. Set that to “Default Events Template” and check if that brings the calendar back.

If not, then we dig further.
