Calendar is sometimes blank

Hi tribe!

I built a website that uses TEC and EVC and I am having some issues. The site also uses a SSL certificate. The issues are:

1. in some cases, when a user visits the Events page, the current month calendar is not displayed

2. after landing on the Events page and then navigating to the current month calendar, events are not visible on the calendar even though they have been entered into the Events area of the WP dashboard

3. the Google Map for a single event listing recently stopped working. does the site SSL interfere with this protocol?

I use Firefox to build my sites, but when I cross check this one in Chrome and IE, the calendar displayed when navigating to the Events page is for JUNE, not AUGUST. Firefox used to do this, but I think now I get where I’m going because I have the correct page cached.

There is additional concern about this issue for 2 reasons: a) this is a live site and b) the events page includes a registration form (uses Gravity Forms shortcode) and many who have visited the site recently can’t find the events – the calendar appeared blank preventing RSVPs.

Hi Neil,

I can see much of what you described. One thing I’m not clear on is which plugin you are referring to when you say you are using EVC – I also wondered what the result of your testing was when you deactivated all other plugins and switched to a default theme, did the same problem still persist?
